You have 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services — you've developed a strong understanding of customer needs and how to advocate for them effectively within a technical environment. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can operate autonomously while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Your passion for technology drives you to learn about databases and MongoDB, enabling you to become a trusted advisor for your customers. You possess strong account management skills and can lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to take ownership of your customer portfolio, making key decisions that drive effective outcomes. You are comfortable escalating issues to the executive team when necessary and have a knack for de-risking customer challenges.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, you will be the main point of contact for our end users, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to succeed with our products. You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects to build a robust customer success program. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, advocating for their needs within MongoDB, and driving initiatives that enhance their experience with our technology. MongoDB provides a competitive salary range for this role in the U.S., which is $87,000—$172,000 USD.
