Who you are
You have 7+ years of experience working in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can operate autonomously while maintaining a focus on customer needs. Your passion for technology drives you to learn about MongoDB and databases, enabling you to effectively advocate for your customers. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, taking full ownership of your customer portfolio and making key decisions to ensure successful outcomes. Your ability to collaborate with various teams, including Sales and Professional Services, allows you to act as a key point of contact for MongoDB end users.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with MongoDB customers, acting as their main point of contact. You will leverage your technical skills to understand customer needs and advocate for them within the organization. You will take ownership of customer escalations, deciding when to involve executive teams to resolve issues effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You will also contribute to building the Customer Success program, helping to shape the future of customer engagement at MongoDB.
