What you'll do

As a Lead Customer Success Manager at Zenoti, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve success with our platform. You will act as a strategic partner, guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of our all-in-one software solution. Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business goals, and aligning our services to meet those objectives. You will lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, leveraging data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you will advocate for customer needs and contribute to product enhancements. You will also mentor and guide junior customer success team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
