Who you are
You are a driven individual with a strong focus on new business acquisition — your energy and initiative set you apart in the competitive landscape of technology sales. You thrive in environments where you can formulate and execute sales strategies, and you understand the importance of building relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs and IT leaders.
Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline effectively. You are comfortable collaborating with technical teams, including Solution Architects and Professional Services, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize deal sizes. You are eager to learn from some of the most successful sales leaders in the software industry and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with MongoDB's goals, focusing on revenue growth and customer acquisition. Building strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users will be crucial to your success.
You will partner closely with our Solution Architects and Professional Services team to ensure that customer needs are met and that we deliver exceptional service. Your role will also involve participating in sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
As a key member of the Sales team, you will contribute to MongoDB's innovative sales go-to-market strategy, providing valuable insights and feedback to help shape our approach. You will be part of a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance in-office collaboration with remote work.
