What you'll do

As a Software Engineer 3 at MongoDB, you will join the Atlas Core IAM team, responsible for authentication and authorization across MongoDB Atlas. You will lead medium-sized, full-stack projects, guiding them from ideation through to execution and delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with colleagues to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features that enhance the security and usability of MongoDB Atlas.

You will work closely with internal engineers and external customers, ensuring that the IAM features meet the needs of a diverse user base, from startups to enterprise clients. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, helping to maintain MongoDB Atlas as a leading database as a service offering. You will also have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
