Who you are

You have a strong background in compensation strategy and analysis, with experience ensuring that total compensation offerings are competitive and aligned with organizational goals. You maintain a pulse on market trends and industry best practices, allowing you to attract and retain top talent effectively.

You are skilled in process optimization and technology enablement, leading efforts to streamline compensation operations and leveraging technology to enhance global salary structures and compensation cycles. Your analytical mindset helps you partner closely with Finance to support compensation budget tracking and reporting activities.

You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You are strategic and analytical, capable of driving innovative compensation rewards programs that align with MongoDB's mission and values.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a significant leadership role in designing, implementing, and supporting MongoDB's global compensation program. You will support the Compensation Operations function and contribute to ongoing improvements across HR and compensation processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that compensation offerings are competitive in the market and aligned with organizational goals.

You will maintain a close relationship with market trends and industry best practices, ensuring that MongoDB's compensation strategies attract and retain the best talent. You will lead efforts to streamline and enhance compensation operations, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.

You will also partner closely with Finance to support compensation budget tracking, reporting, and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved plans. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to drive efficiency in compensation processes and contribute to the overall success of MongoDB's People team.
