Overview
Crusoe is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to design and execute a scalable sales operation model. You'll partner with executive leadership to drive predictable growth and align incentives across teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in sales strategy execution.

Who you are
You are a highly motivated and analytical leader with a strong background in revenue operations. With at least 5 years of experience in sales strategy execution, you thrive in high-growth environments and are passionate about empowering teams to achieve their targets. Your detail-oriented approach ensures that you can design and implement effective sales operation models that drive predictable and scalable growth.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Your ability to translate company revenue goals into actionable sales plans and coverage models is a key strength. You are comfortable establishing and monitoring KPIs and dashboards to track performance and ensure alignment across departments.
Desirable
Experience in designing global incentive compensation plans is a plus, as is familiarity with capacity planning and territory design. You have a strategic mindset and are adept at launching high-impact programs that enable customer-facing roles to exceed their targets.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the annual and quarterly sales planning processes, including capacity modeling and quota setting. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Enablement teams to align incentives and execution strategies. Your focus will be on establishing a sales operation model that supports the company's growth objectives and ensures that all customer-facing roles are equipped to succeed.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing the sales strategy execution framework, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall revenue goals. Your analytical skills will be crucial in monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales operations. You will also play a key role in fostering collaboration among teams to ensure that everyone is working towards common objectives.
