Your experience includes developing strategies that align with company values and priorities, ensuring that engagement programs are effective and impactful.

You possess excellent leadership skills and can provide strategic direction to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) — you understand the importance of driving business outcomes through engagement and inclusion initiatives. Your ability to manage relationships with ERG leads and executive sponsors is key to your success in this role.

You are data-driven and can analyze engagement metrics to inform program development — you have a keen understanding of how to create a culture that supports employee retention and satisfaction. Your experience in overseeing the operationalization of strategic plans for ERGs demonstrates your capability to execute complex initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and implement programs that support MongoDB's engagement, culture, and inclusion goals — you will work closely with various HR teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall culture and values. Your responsibilities will include providing thought leadership and guidance to ERG leads, helping them develop new opportunities that drive business outcomes.

You will manage regular touchpoints between ERGs and company leaders, ensuring that communication is effective and that initiatives are operationalized successfully. Collaborating with internal communications and employee experience functions will be essential to developing programs that resonate with employees and enhance their overall experience at MongoDB.

You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of engagement programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvement — your insights will help shape the future of MongoDB's culture and employee engagement strategies.
