Your background includes working closely with engineering teams to prioritize features and manage trade-offs effectively, ensuring that product development aligns with business goals.

You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and go-to-market partners — your ability to communicate effectively and drive clarity in decision-making is a key strength. You are motivated by delivering meaningful outcomes and have a proven track record of launching and scaling products that enhance user experiences.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for the Underwriting team, you will take ownership of the product strategy for automating loan decisioning processes — your role will involve developing a deep understanding of the current underwriting architecture, identifying capabilities and limitations, and prioritizing features that will drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to ensure that the product vision is translated into actionable development plans.

You will also engage with sales and other business partners to champion the product, ensuring that it meets market needs and drives user adoption. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, conducting user research, and iterating on the product based on feedback and performance data. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of lending operations at Clutch, contributing to the company's growth trajectory and mission to transform credit unions into fintechs.
