What you'll do

Your role will involve interfacing with product management and engineering teams to represent customer needs, ensuring that feedback informs product development. You will also contribute to internal projects, developing tools for performance benchmarking, diagnostics, and automation, while helping shape playbooks for deployment and operational excellence.
