What you'll do

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the planning and execution of MongoDB Server security hardening initiatives. You will translate security and product goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, and success measures, ensuring alignment across teams. Your role will involve driving cross-team execution, facilitating collaboration among software engineers, product managers, and security experts to enhance the security posture of MongoDB Server.

You will lead efforts to implement security architecture and coding patterns that mitigate risks and protect customer data.
