Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a data scientist, with a strong background in product analytics and data-driven decision-making. You excel at turning complex data into actionable insights that influence product strategy and direction. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you are comfortable working with machine learning models to derive predictive insights.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure that data insights are integrated into product development processes. You are passionate about the intersection of data, product, and strategy, and you thrive in environments where you can shape the future of high-impact financial and crypto products.
Desirable
Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker would enhance your ability to present data insights compellingly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing product performance metrics and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate closely with product teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards that track product success. Your insights will guide product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that MoonPay continues to meet the needs of its users.
You will also conduct A/B testing to evaluate the impact of new features and enhancements, using statistical methods to validate results and inform future decisions.
