What you'll do

As the Lead Product Designer for Checkout, you will own a critical part of the customer journey, directly influencing conversion rates and the overall payment experience. You will define the vision for best-in-class checkout and post-purchase experiences, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and enjoyable for users. Your role will involve leading two designers, providing mentorship and guidance while remaining actively involved in the design process. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to shape the strategy and roadmap for the Checkout experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, championing design experiments, and ensuring high-quality execution from discovery through delivery. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Moonpig's customer experience, making every celebration feel extra special.
