You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or food service sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships with vendors is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to drive revenue growth effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of our AI technology to vendors and support them throughout their partnership lifecycle. Your proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that you can address vendor needs promptly and effectively. You are comfortable working in an office setting and enjoy engaging with your team in person.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Choco, you will manage and own the execution of premium vendor partnerships, directly responsible for the revenue generated from each deal. You will support account executives during the negotiation stage and take ownership of the relationship once commercial agreements have been signed. Your role will involve being the daily point of contact for vendors, ensuring they are set up for success and that our technology is accessible and beneficial to their operations.

You will work closely with vendors to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the necessary support to optimize their use of our AI technology. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vendor performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our offerings. You will play a crucial role in digitizing food service distributors, helping them run more profitable and waste-free businesses.
