Who you are

You are an early-career professional with a strong interest in finance, accounting, or Fintech — you are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You have a proactive mindset and are comfortable reaching out to potential partners through various channels, including email and LinkedIn. You understand the importance of building relationships and are excited about the opportunity to support strategic partnerships.

You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to assess potential partners through qualitative and quantitative analysis — you can evaluate partner fit and integration potential effectively. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative culture, and you are motivated by the impact your work can have on the company's growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for partner identification and assessment — you will research and identify prospective partners that align with Moss’ strategic priorities. You will support the initial assessment of partners by conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to determine their fit and potential for collaboration.

You will own the top of the funnel for our partnerships pipeline — proactively reaching out to prospective partners and engaging them with a clear value proposition. Your outreach efforts will be crucial in qualifying initial interest and building a robust pipeline of potential partnerships.

As you assist in building and nurturing relationships, you will play a key role in supporting the foundation for lasting commercial relationships — over time, you will have the opportunity to develop into a full-cycle Partner Manager role, taking end-to-end ownership of strategic partnerships.
