Who you are
You are an early-career professional with a strong interest in finance, accounting, or Fintech. You are eager to learn and excel in a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth of strategic partnerships. You possess analytical skills that allow you to assess potential partners effectively, ensuring alignment with Moss' strategic priorities.
You have a proactive approach to outreach, utilizing various channels such as email and LinkedIn to engage prospective partners. Your communication skills enable you to articulate a clear value proposition, qualifying initial interest and fostering relationships that can lead to long-term collaborations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for partner identification and assessment, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate prospective partners. You will own the top of the funnel for our partnerships pipeline, proactively reaching out to potential partners and engaging them with compelling value propositions.
You will assist in building and maintaining relationships with partners, supporting the foundation for lasting commercial relationships. Over time, you will have the opportunity to develop into a full-cycle Partner Manager role, taking end-to-end ownership of strategic partnerships and contributing to Moss' growth journey in the UK.
