What you'll do
As a Customer Support Specialist at Motorway, you will be the first point of contact for our dealers, guiding them through the various stages of buying vehicles on our platform. You will provide expert support, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions. Your role will also involve managing post-sale inquiries, addressing transportation issues, and processing cancellations, all while focusing on customer satisfaction and sales retention.
