What you'll do
As the Seller Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of Team Leaders, setting clear expectations for service, sales, quality, and productivity outcomes. You will work closely with your team to ensure they have the tools and support needed to succeed. Your role will involve regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to help your Team Leaders grow and develop in their roles.
You will collaborate with various departments, including Product and Transformation teams, to implement operational changes that enhance the seller experience.
