Overview

Docker is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize the success of their Sales & GTM teams. You'll work with tools like Salesforce and Clari to streamline processes and support revenue growth. This role requires experience in sales operations and project management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations with at least 5 years of experience working closely with Sales and Renewals teams. You understand the intricacies of go-to-market strategies and have a proven track record of optimizing processes to drive revenue growth. Your experience with tools like Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator sets you apart as a candidate who can hit the ground running.

You are a strategic thinker who enjoys collaborating with leadership teams to review existing workflows and recommend improvements. Your analytical skills allow you to ensure good forecast hygiene and accuracy, which is crucial for the success of the Renewals organization. You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable managing projects from conception to release, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work alongside the GTM Leadership teams to assess current workflows and identify areas for improvement. You will manage and prioritize the implementation of key projects, which includes scoping requirements and writing business requirement documents. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to define, build, and document processes that enhance the overall strategy for the Renewals and Sales organizations.

You will also be responsible for supporting the renewals organization, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and efficient. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on detail will be key to your success. You will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations, providing insights and recommendations that will help shape the future of Docker's sales strategy.
