Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in technology or AI solutions — you understand the nuances of selling complex products and can articulate their value to diverse audiences. Your experience includes engaging with enterprise clients, ideally within the Fortune 500, where you've successfully driven adoption and usage of innovative solutions. You are adept at building relationships and can navigate the intricacies of client needs, ensuring that the solutions you propose align with their business objectives.
You possess strong communication skills — you can convey technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to listen and understand client pain points allows you to tailor your approach effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Desirable
Experience in AI or machine learning sales is a plus, as is familiarity with workflow automation tools. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies. A background in customer success or account management could also enhance your ability to foster long-term relationships with clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Moveworks' AI Assistant platform — you will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can transform their operations. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with your audience, ensuring that you are effectively reaching decision-makers.
You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the capabilities of our platform and how it can streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Your role will involve negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets.
