You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in technology solutions, and understand how to leverage AI to enhance business processes. Your experience allows you to critically think about integrating innovative technologies into existing workflows, ensuring that clients can envision the value of digital transformation. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including account executives and specialists, to drive successful outcomes for clients. Your ability to coach and mentor others in the sales cycle is a key asset, as you help your team identify and capitalize on specialty solution opportunities.

You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can customize your approach based on the needs of your territory and account teams. Your strategic mindset enables you to contribute effectively to territory planning and execution, ensuring alignment with company principles. What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the market success of Moveworks products built on ServiceNow's platform. You will support the strategy and solution wins for various specialty solution areas, adapting your approach based on the engagement model. Your responsibilities will include providing input during the account planning process, ensuring that recommendations align with Now Value principles. You will work closely with account executives and specialists to develop a capability roadmap that reflects client needs and market trends.

You will coach account executives and sales development representatives, sharing your expertise in specialty solution areas to help them identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle effectively. Your role will also involve customizing your time allocation to meet the specific needs of your territory and account teams, celebrating successes along the way.

As you support customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation, you will partner with the broader account team and external partners to develop comprehensive strategies. Your insights will be crucial in improving vertical understanding and targeting account use cases effectively. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of Moveworks products, ensuring that clients can leverage these solutions to enhance their operational efficiency.
