Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in a technical role — you understand the importance of being a trusted advisor and advocate for your clients. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly is one of your key strengths, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

You thrive in environments where you can engage deeply with customers, helping them to leverage data insights effectively — your experience with customer data platforms or similar technologies gives you a unique perspective on how to drive value for clients. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can translate customer needs into actionable insights for your team.

Your passion for customer success is evident in your proactive approach — you take the initiative to understand your customers' business objectives and work collaboratively to achieve them. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all aspects of customer engagement are handled efficiently and effectively.

Desirable

Experience in a customer-facing role within a technology company is a plus — familiarity with data analytics or customer engagement tools will help you excel in this position. A background in project management or technical support can also be beneficial as you work to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

What you'll do

As a Technical Customer Success Manager at mParticle, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our top-tier Enterprise customers — your role will involve understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing them with the technical support they require to maximize the value of our platform. You will act as the voice of the customer within mParticle, advocating for their needs and ensuring that their feedback is incorporated into our product development process.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to deliver exceptional customer experiences — your insights will help shape the direction of our product offerings and ensure that we are meeting the evolving needs of our clients. You will also conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement.

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to provide guidance on best practices for using our platform — you will help customers implement solutions that drive results and ensure they are fully equipped to utilize our tools effectively. Your ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights will be crucial in helping clients achieve their goals.
