What you'll do

As a Technical Customer Success Manager at mParticle, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our top-tier Enterprise customers. You will act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring they are met. Your role will involve understanding the technical aspects of our platform and how it integrates with customer systems, enabling you to provide tailored solutions and support. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to strengthen partnerships and expand our offerings to clients. Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding new customers, providing training, and ensuring they are equipped to use our platform effectively. Your technical expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and providing solutions that enhance the customer experience.
