You have a strong background in customer success and technical support, ideally with experience in onboarding enterprise customers. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals with the product. You possess excellent communication skills and can translate technical concepts into actionable solutions for customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll lead the technical onboarding process for new enterprise customers, guiding them from initial setup through full integration of Socket's solutions. You'll work with engineering teams to configure Socket across various systems, ensuring a smooth implementation. Additionally, you'll build repeatable onboarding playbooks and automations to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-value for customers. As the front line for technical support, you'll investigate and resolve integration, configuration, and compatibility issues, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance.
