Who you are
You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally as a Technical Services Engineer or in a similar capacity. You are comfortable working with SDKs for Android and iOS, and you have a solid understanding of JavaScript and APIs. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting teams. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle challenges head-on, and you are passionate about helping customers implement and optimize their use of mParticle's platform. You understand the importance of delivering personalized and engaging experiences to customers and are committed to ensuring their success.
What you'll do
As a Technical Services Engineer at mParticle, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' developer teams as they implement our Android, Apple (Apple TV and iOS), and JavaScript SDKs. You will provide hands-on technical assistance and guidance, ensuring that customers can effectively utilize our platform's features, such as Audiences, IDSync, and Profile API. Your expertise will help customers turn their data into actionable insights, enhancing their ability to deliver personalized experiences.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions. Your role will involve conducting training sessions and creating documentation to empower customers in their use of mParticle's services. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and contribute to the overall success of the mParticle platform.
