Who you are
You have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software customer support or IT-related support, demonstrating a strong dedication to customer service. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to interact effectively with customers and large teams, whether in person or remotely. You possess the confidence to drive technical investigation efforts independently and as part of a team, showcasing your ability to understand and analyze customer technical needs.
With a strong passion for solving issues and learning new skills, you have advanced experience in Windows Server OS, account administration including Windows and Active Directory, and networking concepts such as DNS and secure communications. Additionally, you have intermediate experience with UNIX/Linux OS, which complements your technical skill set.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with Pre-Sales Technical Engineers, Product Management, Development, and Sales teams to address customer inquiries and technical challenges. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will participate in technical investigations, utilizing your knowledge of networking and system administration to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Your contributions will help enhance our cybersecurity SaaS portfolio, making a significant impact on our customers' experiences. You will also have opportunities to learn and grow within the company, as we value continual learning and professional development.
