Who you are

You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally as a Technical Services Engineer or in a similar position. You are comfortable working with various SDKs, including Android, iOS, and JavaScript, and have a solid understanding of APIs and their implementation. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with customer success, engineering, and solutions consulting teams to deliver exceptional service.

You thrive in a hands-on technical role and enjoy solving complex problems for customers. Your experience with customer data platforms or similar technologies gives you an edge in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. You are passionate about helping teams activate insights from customer data to enhance user experiences across multiple devices.

What you'll do

As a Technical Services Engineer at mParticle, you will work closely with our Customer Success, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting teams to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service. You will support customers' developer teams as they implement mParticle's SDKs for Android, Apple (Apple TV and iOS), and JavaScript, guiding them through the integration process and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your role will involve working with various components of the mParticle platform, such as Audiences, IDSync, and Profile API, to help customers leverage our technology effectively.

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring they can successfully utilize our platform to deliver personalized and engaging experiences. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner will be crucial in helping customers navigate their implementation challenges. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements, ensuring that mParticle continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
