You are a bilingual French-speaking Talent Executive with a strong background in recruitment, particularly in the financial services and commercial sectors. You have experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates for technical roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Your ability to engage with potential candidates through various platforms and networking events sets you apart in the recruitment landscape.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including sales and client services teams. You understand the technical requirements of the roles you are recruiting for, enabling you to conduct thorough technical interviews and assessments. You are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace, ensuring that all candidates feel valued and respected.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-potential candidates through job platforms, social media, and networking events. You will conduct in-depth technical interviews across various disciplines, including software development, data, and infrastructure, to assess both technical and interpersonal skills. You will manage the entire pre-selection process for junior and graduate-level roles, ensuring a consistent and quality candidate experience.

You will collaborate closely with sales and client services teams to understand recruitment needs and technical requirements, providing feedback and reports on candidate progress. Your role will be pivotal in identifying and preparing experienced technology talent across North America, with a focus on the Canadian and U.S. markets.
