Who you are

You have at least 1 year of relevant project or program management experience, which has equipped you with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You are a confident communicator who can lead discussions, provide clarity, and drive outcomes effectively. Your basic technical understanding allows you to collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams and subject matter experts.

You thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment, where you help run team ceremonies and maintain project roadmaps. Your ability to track dependencies and proactively remove blockers is essential for ensuring project success. You understand the importance of clear communication and are adept at handling updates and running effective meetings.

Desirable

Experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOC would be a plus, as would familiarity with project artifacts like RAID logs and RACI matrices. You are committed to maintaining high standards of communication and teamwork, aligning with the client’s culture and values.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of technical and regulatory-driven initiatives across engineering teams. You will manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment across teams and tracking dependencies. Your proactive approach will help you remove blockers and drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with engineering managers and subject matter experts to define project scope, manage resources, and sequence work for optimal execution. Leading planning activities and maintaining key project artifacts will be part of your responsibilities, as will supporting enterprise-level projects related to regulatory frameworks.

Your role will involve taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring all teams stay aligned. You will maintain high standards of communication, confidence, and teamwork, which are crucial for aligning with the client’s culture. You will also participate in assessments and interviews as part of the hiring process for new team members.
