You are an enthusiastic Privacy Professional with a strong understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable transitioning from high-level strategy to hands-on execution. Your experience allows you to guide organizations towards maturity in privacy practices, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, InfoSec, Product, and Tech.
You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are energized by the challenges presented in the AI era. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that privacy and data protection are prioritized within the organization. You understand the importance of embedding these practices at the heart of a growing company.
What you'll do
In this role, you will join the Privacy team at Multiverse and play a crucial part in guiding the organization towards maturity in privacy practices. You will support all GDPR operations, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed across the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing privacy policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to staff on data protection matters.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure that privacy considerations are integrated into product development and operational processes. This includes collaborating with IT and InfoSec to assess and mitigate risks associated with data handling. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations, ensuring that the organization meets its legal obligations.
Your role will involve staying updated on changes in data protection laws and regulations, and advising the organization on necessary adjustments to policies and practices. You will also engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to represent the organizationβs interests in privacy matters.
