What you'll do
As the Regional Director of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of up to 7 Enterprise Account Executives, guiding them in executing the Multiverse go-to-market playbook. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across the UK, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities and develop strategies that align with the company's objectives. Your role will involve regular customer meetings, where you will join your team to foster relationships and close deals.
You will also run training sessions to enhance your team's skills and ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the market. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a high-performance culture, where team members are motivated to achieve their best. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals, contributing to Multiverse's mission of transforming the workforce through upskilling.
