What you'll do
As part of the Operations Team at Multiverse, you will play a crucial role in the seamless execution of our programmes. You will work alongside a dedicated group of over 300 professionals focused on delivering consistent quality and driving impact. Your responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding process for learners, ensuring that they have a positive experience from the start of their journey.
You will collaborate with various teams to enhance programme delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes. Your insights and feedback will be instrumental in refining our approach to upskilling and ensuring that we meet the needs of our learners and partner companies effectively. You will also engage with vulnerable groups, ensuring that our programmes are accessible and impactful for all participants.
