Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a strong background in managing business portfolios, particularly in Apparels for women and kids. Your expertise includes demand planning, financial analysis, and vendor management, allowing you to optimize sales and revenue margins effectively. You possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and have sound business judgment, which enables you to make informed decisions that drive category growth. Your ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships is a key asset in your role. You are comfortable with figures and skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform your strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the business portfolio for Apparels, focusing on optimizing sales for a group of products. You will conduct financial analysis related to sales, margins, discounts, and inventory, ensuring that you maximize profitability through effective planning and forecasting. Your responsibilities will also include range planning and product-brand mapping, where you will develop a comprehensive product range for the category. You will work closely with the central planning team on option planning and open-to-buy (OTB) working, ensuring that inventory flows smoothly across the entire category. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships, developing a robust vendor base to support your category's needs. Your role will require you to implement trend forecasts and sales plans, ensuring that you stay ahead of market demands and consumer preferences.
