Who you are

You have a comprehensive understanding of buying for key brands, with a focus on analytics, financial planning, and brand strategy. Your experience includes optimizing sales through monitoring revenue, margins, and category growth, ensuring that you can effectively analyze style-level performance based on key metrics. You possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Your willingness to learn and innovate, combined with your ability to negotiate and build networking relationships, makes you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales by closely monitoring revenue, margins, and category growth. You will conduct financial analysis related to sales, margin, discount, and inventory, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the business's financial health. Your responsibilities will include range and assortment planning, where you will map products to brands and plan seasonal product ranges based on past performance and growth targets. You will actively participate in brand development and product development through analytics-based insights, ensuring that the brand is well represented in the marketplace.

You will also be involved in visibility planning, which includes category visibility planning and interventions, as well as managing inventory flow for the entire brand. Working closely with the Planning and Pricing team, you will optimize scale, inventory, and capacities. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships, identifying gaps in product offerings and onboarding new vendors to enhance the product range. Your ability to coordinate with marketplace operations will be crucial in driving the success of the brands you manage.
