Your background in e-commerce, retail, grocery, or last-mile fulfillment gives you a unique perspective on the challenges of localized inventory management. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and excel in collaboration and problem-solving, making you an effective partner across teams.

Your expertise in demand forecasting and inventory modeling allows you to develop localized inventory planning models that ensure product availability in high-demand areas. You are adept at analyzing real-time sales trends and customer behavior to optimize stock levels, and you understand the importance of balancing demand forecasting with replenishment and supply chain efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for hyperlocal demand forecasting and inventory optimization, developing strategies to ensure product availability at a micro-market level. You will analyze sales trends and regional demand patterns to implement dynamic inventory replenishment strategies based on demand fluctuations. Your focus will be on optimizing inventory allocation across warehouses, dark stores, and retail outlets, ensuring that fast-moving SKUs are prioritized in high-demand locations to minimize lost sales.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with logistics, procurement, and last-mile delivery teams to ensure timely replenishment. You will also partner with the category team to improve lead times for localized stock availability. Additionally, you will develop and implement hyperlocal inventory automation tools to enhance decision-making processes, working with tech teams to integrate real-time demand signals into inventory planning systems.
