You are a mentor at heart, with experience coaching and guiding junior recruiters, fostering their professional growth while collaborating with university recruiting leadership to drive program success. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle for both intern and new graduate positions across India, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruiting process. You will lead the university recruiting strategy, from job description development to sourcing and candidate evaluation, ultimately driving the successful conversion of interns.

You will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality candidate pools, leveraging innovative approaches to reach top talent from various universities and backgrounds. Ensuring a positive candidate experience will be a priority, as you will manage the recruitment process from initial contact through hiring and onboarding.

You will cultivate and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, executing the campus engagement strategy and serving as the main point of contact for partner universities. Your role will involve organizing and leading on-campus events, driving a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, and branding Myntra as an employer of choice.
