Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in buying and brand management, with experience in optimizing sales through analytics and financial planning. Your ability to analyze revenue, margins, and category growth metrics is key to your success in this role. You are skilled in range planning and brand strategy, ensuring that product offerings align with market demands and performance targets. Your organizational skills enable you to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently. You possess a customer-centric mindset, with a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving. Collaboration is second nature to you, as you work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand development and product assortment planning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales by monitoring key performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and category growth. You will conduct financial analysis related to sales, margin, discount, and inventory, ensuring that the brand is well represented in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include range and assortment planning, where you will map products to brands and forecast seasonal product ranges based on past performance and growth targets. You will actively participate in brand development and product development through analytics-based insights, ensuring that the brand's visibility is maximized through effective planning and interventions. Additionally, you will manage inventory flow and collaborate with the Planning and Pricing team to optimize scale and capacities. Vendor management will also be a crucial part of your role, as you identify gaps in product offerings and onboard new vendors to enhance the brand's market presence.
