You have a proven track record in technical program management, with experience in delivering strategic programs that align with long-term product vision. Your ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from executives to technical teams, sets you apart. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a deep understanding of software development processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
You possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across various teams. Your experience in requirement gathering, definition, and documentation allows you to derive functional specifications and provide solution architecture based on product requirements. You are adept at facilitating roadmap meetings and ensuring that business commitments are met through proper coordination.
Desirable
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is a plus, as is familiarity with software development life cycles. You understand the importance of collaboration and are committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the tech space.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Technical Program Management team at Myntra, working closely with business leaders, engineering leaders, product managers, UX designers, and analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that strategic programs are rolled out effectively, having a significant impact on the organizationβs growth. You will facilitate roadmap meetings, derive functional specifications, and create project plans for major features.
You will be responsible for requirement gathering and documentation, managing release schedules, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and beyond scope. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present project updates to stakeholders at all levels. You will also play a key role in fostering collaboration among various teams to ensure that Myntra continues to innovate and enhance its technology platform.
