Overview
Shift4 is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports. You'll ensure compliance with MFSA and other supervisory authority requirements. This role requires expertise in regulatory reporting frameworks.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in regulatory reporting, particularly within the financial services sector. Your background includes a strong understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to navigate complex reporting obligations. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to interpret financial data accurately. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at communicating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting processes. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement within reporting frameworks and are committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports, ensuring full compliance with MFSA and other supervisory authority requirements. You will deliver accurate domestic reports and cross-border submissions, taking ownership of the entire reporting process from scoping to submission. Your responsibilities will also include conducting research and analysis of jurisdiction-specific reporting obligations, identifying required data points, and defining reporting logic. You will support group-wide reporting activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy across local and global entities. Additionally, you will develop, analyze, and interpret financial projections and prudential metrics to support strategic planning and capital adequacy assessments.
