You are fluent in French and English, with a strong understanding of legal and compliance matters. A relevant Bachelor's degree, ideally in law, is desirable, and you have experience in handling complaints and working with stakeholders in a financial context. You are proactive in identifying root causes of complaints and proposing solutions, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to compliance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values diversity and inclusion.
Desirable
Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus, as is experience in the digital banking sector. You have a background in legal studies or compliance, which equips you to navigate the complexities of complaint management effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take responsibility for recording, processing, and responding to formal complaints primarily from lawyers or authorities in the French language. You will assist in identifying the root causes of complaints and participate in mitigation projects aimed at preventing future issues.
