What you'll do
In this role, you will take care of formal complaints primarily from lawyers or authorities in the French language. You will be responsible for recording, processing, and responding to these complaints while identifying root causes and defining possible solutions. You will assist in mitigation projects aimed at preventing further complaints and take the initiative to improve operational procedures with a strong focus on compliance. Your work will involve a variety of topics, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will develop bank-specific expertise, particularly in compliance-related matters, and work autonomously on tasks while being a point of contact for any arising issues. You will also proactively detect inefficiencies in the team's workflows and propose efficient solutions to enhance overall performance.
