Your background includes proven experience implementing testing strategies in fast-paced agile environments, allowing you to adapt quickly and effectively to changing requirements.

You possess a strong understanding of mobile testing, specifically for Android and iOS applications — your expertise enables you to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and documentation that ensure the reliability of our applications. You are also skilled in exploratory testing techniques, which help you discover and prevent issues before they reach our customers.

As a quality advocate, you coach engineers on testing practices and foster a culture of quality within cross-functional teams — you believe that everyone is responsible for quality, and you work collaboratively to establish testing as an integral part of the development process. Your proactive approach to suggesting improvements enhances the quality of our tools, services, and products.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the heart of N26's mission to provide secure and compliant banking services — your work on customer identity verification will be vital for enabling sustainable growth through proactive risk management. You will advocate for quality culture in cross-functional teams, ensuring that good testing practices are present and followed.

You will design, develop, and maintain test cases and other test documentation for our Android, iOS, and Web applications — your attention to detail will help ensure that our applications meet the highest quality standards. Establishing testing as an integral part of the development process will be a key focus, as you work closely with engineers to integrate testing into their workflows.

Coaching engineers on testing practices will be a significant part of your responsibilities — you will empower your team to take ownership of quality, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone contributes to the testing process. You will also proactively suggest improvements to the quality of our tools, services, and products, ensuring that we continuously enhance our offerings.

Using exploratory testing techniques, you will discover and prevent issues, report bugs, and follow up on their resolution — your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying potential risks and ensuring that our applications function seamlessly for our customers. Your role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders to align testing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
