Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in software testing and quality engineering, bringing a holistic view of quality to ensure the consistent delivery of quality products by your team. Your proven experience implementing testing strategies in fast-paced agile environments makes you a valuable asset. You have demonstrated experience in testing Mobile (Android & iOS) and Web applications, advocating for quality culture in cross-functional teams.
You are skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining test cases and other test documentation, ensuring that good testing practices are present and followed. Your ability to coach engineers on testing practices ensures that the whole team is responsible for quality. You proactively suggest improvements to the quality of tools, services, and products, using exploratory testing techniques to discover and prevent issues.
Desirable
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with risk management in a banking context. You are committed to creating an inclusive workspace where everyone feels valued and respected, free from harassment and discrimination.
What you'll do
In this role, you will advocate for quality culture within cross-functional teams, ensuring that good testing practices are present and followed. You will design, develop, and maintain test cases and other test documentation for our Android, iOS, and Web applications. Establishing testing as an integral part of the development process within cross-functional teams will be a key focus.
You will coach engineers on testing practices, ensuring that the entire team is responsible for quality. Your role will involve developing maintainable automated checks in collaboration with other engineering disciplines. You will proactively suggest improvements to the quality of our tools, services, and products, using exploratory testing techniques to discover and prevent issues, report bugs, and follow up on their resolution.
