What you'll do

In this role, you will support the business teams responsible for developing and operating Rowan's data centers and related infrastructure. You will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic goals and compliance requirements. You will work closely with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to understand their needs and provide legal guidance that facilitates their operations. Your ability to prioritize tasks will be crucial as you manage multiple agreements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues that arise. You will also participate in company gatherings, which may require occasional travel, to foster relationships and enhance collaboration across teams.
