You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in legacy systems and modernization efforts. Your experience includes conducting market research and user research to support product development and achieving product-market fit. You are comfortable with rapid prototyping and experimentation, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Nava, you will lead the development of tools that accelerate the modernization of legacy systems. You will be responsible for identifying problems and opportunities within existing systems and guiding the team through the product development lifecycle. This includes conducting user research to gather insights and validate ideas, as well as collaborating with engineering and design teams to create prototypes and test solutions.
You will also engage in market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify trends that can inform product direction.
