Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in customer service or operations, ideally within the travel industry, and possess a strong understanding of travel logistics and customer needs. You excel in communication, both verbal and written, and can effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You are detail-oriented and can quickly analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate and timely solutions. Additional language skills beyond English are a bonus, enhancing your ability to assist a diverse clientele.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, providing them with best-in-class support through various channels such as chat, call, and email. You will maintain extensive knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and systems to assist with hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings. Your ability to respond to customer inquiries within SLA expectations will be crucial, as will your adherence to company travel and expense procedures. You will also have the opportunity to provide feedback to product, design, and engineering teams to help improve the customer experience.
What we offer
Navan offers a competitive salary range of $60,500 - $72,000, depending on your geographic region and experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
