Your previous experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP, or Oracle makes you a strong candidate for this role. Experience with financial software is highly preferable, as it will enhance your ability to manage implementations effectively. A high emotional intelligence (EQ) is crucial for navigating complex stakeholder relationships and ensuring customer success. You are willing to travel for client engagements, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional service.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Launch Manager, you will be responsible for the successful and timely implementation of the Navan platform for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers. You will act as the global project manager and technical point of contact, ensuring that customers deploy the platform within target launch timeframes, typically ranging from 2 to 4 months. Your role will involve developing project plans, coordinating deliverables, and managing the entire implementation process from contract signature through to go-live and the hypercare phase.
You will partner closely with the Sales team to support new business acquisition by preparing and presenting tailored implementation plans to prospective customers. Your ability to collaborate with Account Managers and build trusted relationships will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and success. You will also work cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Integrations, Product & Engineering, Finance, and Support teams to meet and exceed both Navan's and customers' goals.
