You have a proven track record in IT support management, with experience leading teams in a high-availability environment. Your expertise in maintaining IT infrastructure ensures that systems run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting customer experience. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with Data Center IT Managers, Infrastructure Engineering, Network, Security, and Vendor partners. Your ability to manage operations in a 24/7 production environment demonstrates your commitment to operational excellence and reliability. You are passionate about technology and its role in supporting AI and cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

As the IT Support Manager, you will oversee the front-line IT support and operations function, ensuring the health, availability, and performance of the data center IT infrastructure. You will lead a team responsible for incident resolution and operational support, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
