What you'll do
As the Head of Engineering Recruitment at Nebius AI, you will lead the transformation of the global engineering hiring function. Your primary responsibility will be to strengthen how Nebius attracts, assesses, and hires senior and highly technical engineering talent at scale. You will manage a distributed team of recruiters, ensuring they are aligned with the company's vision and equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
You will work closely with senior engineering leadership to drive meaningful changes to the hiring strategy, processes, and operating model. This includes improving role calibration and delivering consistent outcomes across regions, particularly in the UK and US. You will be responsible for building a repeatable, high-quality recruitment engine that raises the bar across the entire hiring funnel.
