You are a seasoned recruiting professional with a proven track record in technical recruiting — you understand the nuances of attracting top-tier engineering talent in a competitive landscape. With at least 10 years of experience in the field, you have developed a keen eye for identifying candidates who not only possess the right skills but also fit well within a company's culture. Your leadership style is collaborative and empowering, allowing your team to thrive while you guide them through complex hiring processes.
You have experience managing teams of recruiters, ideally in a tech-focused environment — you know how to motivate and inspire a group of seasoned professionals, ensuring they remain engaged and effective in their roles. Your strategic mindset allows you to architect recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring that the technical talent pipeline is robust and ready to meet future demands.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of elite technical recruiters, managing their performance and providing mentorship to help them excel in their roles. You will directly handle a requisition load of high-priority technical positions, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
You will also be responsible for analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process. As a player-coach, you will balance your time between leading your team and actively participating in the recruitment process, ensuring that you remain connected to the day-to-day challenges and successes of your team.
What we offer
LangChain offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $215,000, along with meaningful equity and comprehensive benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
